RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At nele , every piece is made with love (and lots of care). We want you to feel just as happy wearing it, but in case something doesn’t click, we’ve kept our return and exchange process super simple.


Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery for eligible products.
Just drop us a message at help@neleclothing.com or DM us at nele.clothing (Instagram) with:

  • your order number
  • a short note on what went wrong
  • clear photos and a quick unboxing video

Our team will get back to you within 16–24 hours — promise.


Before You Request

  • Shipping fees aren’t refundable (courier people don’t return those ).
  • A 110 pickup/return fee applies.
    • For Exchanges: fee needs to be paid in advance
    • For Returns: fee will be deducted from your refund
  • Exchange orders go out once we receive your original item and it passes our quality check.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and gets approved, we’ll process your refund (after deductions) straight to your bank account.
We’ll ping you as soon as it’s done. 


Condition Requirements

To keep things fair, items must be:

  • unused
  • unwashed
  • free of perfume/makeup
  • returned with original tags and packaging

Anything that looks worn or altered might not qualify.


Cancellations

Changed your mind? You can cancel before your order is shipped.
Once it’s dispatched, it’s officially on its way and can’t be cancelled.


Courier & Delivery Support

We ship through trusted third-party courier partners.
We’ll always try to help if something comes up, but a few things are out of our hands.
Courier companies share the delivery agent’s number only with you, the recipient — so sometimes we can’t jump in directly.
