• 5–9 days (non-metro areas)

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS the moment your order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges

• Any shipping fee will be shown at checkout.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable once the parcel is dispatched.

Unserviceable Pin Codes

Some pin codes aren’t serviceable by our courier partners.
If your address falls under this, we’ll let you know ASAP and process a full refund for prepaid orders - no stress.

Shipping Damage or Loss

We pack with extra love, but in the rare case your parcel is damaged or goes missing:

• We’ll take it up with the courier and arrange a replacement/refund (whichever applies)
